This project for the completion of an unfinished semi-detached house transforms an existing structure, designed to accommodate an outdated housing typology, into the ideal home for a family with two children and a contemporary lifestyle.

Our design proposal offers a fully open and connected living area on the first floor, where an outdoor courtyard is fully integrated with the interior spaces. On the second floor, the redesign of the distribution of rooms and wet areas provides much more light and spaciousness to all spaces. A double height around the stairs connects both floors. Through these larger and more functional spaces, the quality of life of its inhabitants is improved.
Integrated storage solutions optimize the use of space. In addition, smooth transitions between different areas propose a fluid circulation, enhancing the family’s daily experience.

Our success is to have transformed this disused structure into a contemporary home that celebrates family life and well-being.
