This apartment with stunning views over the Mediterranean is located a few meters from the beach in the heart of Alicante’s Costa Blanca. In this case we have reinterpreted a classic distribution of housing from the 70s, very compartmentalized and with a long corridor in an open space adapted to the contemporary needs of our customers. By using two boxes or closed volumes along this perfectly rectangular floor plan, the everyday space finds a new form that does not make use of doors or physical limits to differentiate the different uses and spaces that are needed.

With a careful selection of materials, colors and textures, this new home breathes freshness, warmth and comfort, while representing a way of understanding contemporary living by reinterpreting the existing.
